Fantastical!!! Is the only word I can think of, to describe the start of 2010. While the month of January is not in anyway perfect (tons of rain, Jury Duty, and hecka busy at work), it certainly started out with lots of positive energy. Being invited as a guest to Tune in Tokyo's NYE Party was the first time in my life I had spent New Year's Eve, not staying at home, watching TV. Anime Los Angeles was one of the best times I had at an anime convention. I know it's not the biggest one out there, but it's probably one of the fan friendliest. I am certainly looking forward to what this year has to bring, with the hope of more events to attend, new friendship to make, and more photographic opportunities for Mr. Postman!
I continue to wish all my friends out there a happy and healthy New Year, and beyond... Let us look towards 2010 with the "promise" of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
